Summary
Zeekr Technology US, LLC (Zeekr) is recalling one 2025 RT vehicle. The Occupant Weight Sensor (OWS) may misclassify the front passenger seat occupant or disable the air bag. As such, this vehicle fails to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
How to resolve this:
Zeekr will update the OWS software, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact Zeekr customer service at 1-212-481-2050.
What happens if you don't resolve this:
An air bag that deploys improperly or fails to deploy increases the risk of injury during a crash.
