Summary
Zeekr Technology US, LLC (Zeekr) is recalling one 2025 RT vehicle. The seat position may prevent the side curtain and passenger air bag from providing adequate neck protection during a crash. As such, this vehicle fails to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
How to resolve this:
Zeekr will install a stop in the seat rail, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact Zeekr customer service at 1-212-481-2050.
What happens if you don't resolve this:
Inadequate neck protection increases the risk of injury.
