Summary
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2025 Zephyr motorhomes with floorplan 45PZ. The secondary emergency exit is incorrectly located on the same side as the primary emergency exit.
How to resolve this:
Dealers will install an egress window on the driver's side wall, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 23, 2025. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-144.
What happens if you don't resolve this:
Incorrect placement of the emergency exit increases the risk of injury during an emergency.
