Recall Summary
Zoox, Inc. (Zoox) is recalling certain Automated Driving Systems (ADS) equipped with software versions released prior to December 19, 2025. At or near intersections, Zoox vehicles may cross the yellow center line and drive into or stop in front of oncoming traffic.
The issue:
Crossing or stopping in front of oncoming traffic can increase the risk of a crash.
How to resolve this:
Zoox has updated the ADS software, free of charge. All affected driverless fleet vehicles were repaired by December 19, 2025. Zoox's number for this recall is 25-04.
