Recall Summary
Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Service Body, Aerial Device, Pressure Digger, Spray Truck, and Digger Derrick vehicles. The incorrect low tire pressure rating printed on the final stage certification label is incorrect.
The issue:
The owner could underinflate the tires that might not meet the axle's weight rating, increasing the risk of a tire blowout or a crash.
How to resolve this:
Altec will inspect and replace the affected units incorrect certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3294.
